He is survived by: his wife Heidi; his stepson Nico; his pet Calvin; his siblings, Kathy (Pete), Sharon and Mark (Petra); his siblings-in-law, Anna, Rhoniel (Hazel) and Roehl (Litsas); and his friend Chris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
