Chloe Geraldine left this world on September 7, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Leibowitz and Hanna Leibowitz. She is survived by: her sister Laurel; her children, Jonathan (Stacey) and Jessica; her grandchildren, Ryan (Gabby), Benjamin, Hanna, Annie, Sara and Madelyn (Emma); and her close friend Yoda. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Green Acres Mortuary (401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257). A reception was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A shiva was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 10977 E Terra Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85259.
