It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Lou Moore in Scottsdale, Arizona, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Kozak and Helen Kozak (Clark); her husband H. Stephen Moore; her daughter Karmen Lyn Hobson (Moore); and her granddaughter Ryder Mason Mitchell.
