We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 61, Carol Ann Smith of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Smith; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Smith. She is survived by: her mother Bernadine Smith; her siblings, Dianne Rick (George), Richard Smith (Doris), Sharon Parbs (David), Linda Coonrad (Rick) and Daniel Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Rick (Holly), Robert Smith, Heather Rick, Michael Parbs (Heather), Tiffany Parbs, Bruce Rick (Zuhal), Jonathan Coonrad (Brittany), Ryan Coonrad (Marcelle), Eric Coonrad (Nicole), Ashley Scott (Austin), Anthony Smith (Mackenzie) and Joshua Parbs.
