Brian P. Surovik Obituary
Beloved son, brother and friend passed away unexpectedly June 11, 2024 at the age of 49 at his residence in Scottsdale, Arizona. Brian is survived by his mother Sherry Spears of Glendale, Arizona and sister Brigette, nephew Elliott Shilo McNerney, uncles Sterling (Carol) of West Chester, PA. and Arthur Spears of Alabaster, AL. cousins Tammy, Laura, Arron, Stephanie, Michael, Amy and Stephen. Predeceased by his father Patrick Surovik and loving grandparents Betty and Sterling Spears, Lucille and Benford Surovik. Brian was born in Waco, Texas February 20, 1975, raised and educated in the Phoenix area since 1979. Studied Tenor Sax beginning in elementary school and continued throughout his sophomore year participating in band and orchestra. Brian graduated from High School in 1993, Paradise Valley Community College in 1996. He was a long-term resident of Scottsdale, Arizona and had a career in finance. Brian had an amazing knowledge of sports history, loved attending major sporting events with family and friends and was a Dallas Cowboy fan since he was a young child. Enjoyed traveling, staying fit, going to the gym and appreciation for Arizona's beautiful sunsets. Brian will be remembered for his kind heart, considerate nature, quick wit, fun personality, and being a wonderful son, brother and friend we love and miss you.

A Celebration of Brian's Life was held Tuesday June 25, at 1:00 pm at Messinger Mortuary 7601 East Indian School Road Scottsdale, AZ 85252
