He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Frank and Ethel Gard Powley; his brother Robert A. Powley; and his grandson William Alexander Powley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sue Powley of Fountain Hills; his children, William Brian Powley of Scottsdale, Rebecca Powley Hoeck (Michael) of Mesa and Jill Anne Kiefer (Charles) of Mesa; his grandchildren, Cossette Caroline Powley Shephardson (Kyle), Ryan Samuel Hoeck, Marissa Renae (Hoeck), Hess (Joseph) and Meredith Anne Kiefer; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Alexander Shepardson, William Bowen Shepardson and Siena Marie Shepardson; and his brother Jack R. Powley.
