With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bette Regan (Scottsdale, Arizona), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gastel and Florence Gastel; her husband Richard Regan; her son Paul; her son-in-law Tom (Kathi); and her grandson Brian.
She is survived by: her children, Kathie, Monica, Kevin, Rick (Cathie) and Ellen (Gerry).
