He was predeceased by: his wife Randi; his daughter Karen Needles; and his brother Gerry Goldberg. He is survived by: his children, Pam Wright (Geof), Ken Goldberg (Kathy) and David Goldberg; his son-in-law Jim Needles; his stepchildren, Sandy Livingston (Stephen) and Roger Finn; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Goldberg and Jerry Raduziner.

Contributions may be made to Jewish Sports Hall Of Fame of Western Pennsylvania.
