She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phillips and Catharine Phillips (Kitty); her brother Robert; and her husband Kenneth Underwood. She is survived by: her children, Bob Underwood (Kimberly), Sue Ann Riordan (Tom) and Lu Ann Leonard (Pete). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
