She is survived by: her husband David L. Scruggs; her children, Evangelina Hollowell, William Kinney Jr., Charity Scruggs and Shawn Scruggs; her grandchildren, Asa Ferguson, Jacob Scruggs, Zoi Weekley, Harmony Kinney, Dasael, Isela, Adriel, Rowan and Kami; and her siblings, Tony, Laura, Mike, Pat, Kevin, George, Joy, Rochelle, Steve Scruggs, Cindy Talley, John Scruggs and Julie Lamb.
