He is survived by: his wife Warnnie Sampson Ballard; his children, Nicole Ballard, Michael Ballard (Angel), William Ballard (Natasha) and Napoleon Ballard (Meiniquekee); and his siblings, Ivory W. Ballard Sherman and William Ballard. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
