We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2023, at the age of 77, Philip Charles Lewis of San Tan Valley, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Earlene Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Addie Lewis; his children, Laura Chacon and Brock Lewis; his stepchildren, Ardis Fraley, Lori Reinhardt, Marc Fraley and Martin Fraley; and his siblings, Nancy Pelch, Pat Knutson, Rita Lewis and Daphen Knutson. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
