He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine DiCostanza and Catherine DiCostanza (Gaudioso); and his siblings, Joe DiCostanza, Mary Volturo, Ann Lombardo, Rosie Wichanski and Pasqualine DiCostanza.
He is survived by: his wife Polly DiCostanza; his children, Cathy Glaberman (Steve) and John DiCostanza Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicole Glaberman, Michael Glaberman, Anthony DiCostanza and Samantha Glaberman; and his pet Daisy.
