He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Blaszczyk and Eleanor R. Blaszczyk. He is survived by: his wife Judith Blaszczyk; his children, Melissa Smith (James) of Chandler, AZ and Ryan Blaszczyk (Nicole) of New Richmond, WI; his grandchildren, Hayley, Mattia, Reagan, Caleb Smith of Chandler, AZ, Abigail, Brooke, Claire and Derek Blaszczyk of New Richmond, WI; and his sister Carolyn Blaszczyk of Hanover, PA..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Epic Christian Church, where Edward worshipped, and served in their various ministries.
