She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold and Cecil; her sons, Timothy Kelley (Devin) of Colusa, CA and Ted Kelley (Shana); her stepdaughters, Cindy Becerra and Michelle Lutz of Santa Rosa, CA; her grandchildren, Amanda Mason (Derek), Kayla Kelley, Erica Tatom, Kyle Kelley (Miranda), Carinne Sines, Nicole-Marie Kelley, Amanda Kelley, Lloyd Spencer, Max Gaddie, Felicia Spencer, Braden Kelley, Cooper Kelley, Jordan Kelley and Rylan Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Lane Sines, Layla Mason, Rylan Kelley, Rowan Duarte, Ethan Mason and Levi Mason. She was also cherished by two sisters, a brother, and a stepbrother.

The family will be holding a celebration of life for Barbara at a location TBD due to the changing environment surround COVID19.
