He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Howard and Hubert Polk. He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Lupe of San Carlos; and his siblings, Namoi Yazzie of Peridot and Udell Brown of San Carlos. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
