He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert K. Prentice and Mildred Cunningham Prentice; his wife Anna Prentice; his sons, James Prentice and Matthew Prentice; his great grandchild Austin Silverhorn; and his siblings, Jack Prentice and Madalyn Jiminez.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Prentice; his grandchildren, Brandon Silverhorn (Leilani) of Surprise, Patricia Silverhorn of Mesa, Brian Silverhorn (Amanda) of Snowflake, Jason Silverhorn of Peoria, Marcus Prentice (Nicole) of Clearfield, Utah, Michael Prentice (Clacie), Spokane Valley, Suzanne Kirkham (Tony) of North Logan, Utah, Mandy Hale (Kiff) of Springerville, Lori Benedict (Bruce) and Garrick Prentice (Lyndsey); and his sisters, Sandy and Sue. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
