He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Beaumont Westfall and Martha Sutton Decker; his siblings, Clyde Westfall, Jr., John Westfall and Carol Westfall; and his son Stephen W. Westfall, Jr. (Eleanor Brooks Westfall).
He is survived by: his children, John Mark Westfall (Jessica) and Martha Ruth Westfall McGuffin (Rocky); and his brother William Charles Westfall. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
