With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Elena Pineda of Saint Johns, Arizona, born in Brawley, California, who passed away on October 27, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Pineda, Sr. and Guadalupe Medina; her fiancé James Monico Griego; her brother David Pineda; and her grandson Victor "Junior" Molina Griego.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa "Teri" Griego Molina (Nogalas), Sarah Griego, Christy Griego (Phoenix), James "Sonny" Griego and Celedonio "Cel" Griego (Phoenix); and her siblings, Alfonso Pineda, Arturo Pineda, Salvador Pineda, Eleana "Pasa" Alonzo and Marina Pineda. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
