He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Jeanne Overson Mangum; and his sister Jessie Mangum Adair. He is survived by: his siblings, Earl and Joan; his children, Carol Nahoolewa of Texas, Howard Mangum of Missouri, Karleen Bishop of Alaska, Ryan Mangum of Alaska, Pamela Anderson of Texas and Aaron Mangum; and his spouse Claudene Postert.
