It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Taylor (Saint David, Arizona), born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Leo Mahan and Pauline Mahan; her sister Sue Martin of Tucson; and her stepchildren, Marcella Carpenter of Anchorage, Joel Taylor of Bearden, Cindy Nava and Patty Arnold. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
