He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Alltop and Berdina Stosenberg Alltop; and his brother Bobby Wayne Alltop. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Wilson Alltop; his son Jeff Alltop; and his brother Kenneth Alltop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
