He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Irey and Margaret McMahon; his siblings, Ruth McMahon (Free) and Frank Irey; and his great grandchild Lewis Wilding.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Crompton; his son Jim Jr. (Jennifer Andrews); his granddaughters, Colleen Tolliver (Mike), Wendy Wilding (Russell), Jane Irey, Melinda Mueller (Clint) and Amy Brown (Aaron); his sister-in-law Faye Irey; his daughter Jane; and his grandson Wesley.
