He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Hallford; his sons, Chistopher Carrasco (Rachel), Matthew Hallford (Roene) and Philip Hallford (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Angelique, Little Chris, Zayden, Ilya, Abigail, Deborah, Ezekiel, Israel, Naomi, Oziah, Kamryn, Kaiden and Bryson.
