It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Otero Jr. of Safford, Arizona, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Thatcher Cemetery (3855 W 8th St, Thatcher, AZ 85552). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (311 S Central Ave, Safford, AZ 85546).
