She is survived by: her son Michael Lee Jacobs (Teresa); her grandsons, Justin Jacobs (Stephanie), Ryan Jacobs (Briana) and Craig Jacobs (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Deagan Jacobs, Aleece Jacobs, Clayton Jacobs, Aubree Jacobs and Gage Jacobs.
