He was predeceased by: his wife Vicky Delgado; his parents, Rafael Delgado and Florencia Delgado; his sister Olivia Garcia; his son Jimmy Delgado Jr.; his daughter-in-law Gabby Delgado; and his grandson Mario Delgado.

He is survived by: his children, Lilliann Delgado Tredway (Brian), Olivia Valle (Tony), Patricia Delgado, Daniel A. Delgado and Rebecca Delgado. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
