He was predeceased by: his children, Eric Shawn, Julie Kay (Infant) and Leslie Ray. He is survived by: his wife Julie Kay; and his children, Howard Vance Joshua Jacob (Deadra) and Sarah Elizabeth Coelho (Jason). He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Temple View Chapel Relief Society Room of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5291 US-70, Central, AZ 85531). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Temple View Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5291 US-70, Central, AZ 85531). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Thatcher Cemetery (3855 W 8th St, Thatcher, AZ 85552).
