He is survived by: his wife Mildred Smith; and his children, Abbe Kulhanek, Randall Smith (Virginia) and Matt Smith (Maria).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Safford Seventh-Day Adventist Church (301 E Main St, Safford, AZ 85546).
