She is survived by: her children, Gary Jackson (Kathie), Russell Jackson (Juliana) and Michael Scott Jackson (Shelley); her grandchildren, Paul Jackson, Jennifer Rasmussen (Daniel), Mary Batterson (Maren Henley), Emily Batterson, Caroline Jackson, Jace Jackson, Bobbi Jackson and Jenna Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jessica Jackson and Naomi Henley; her brother Larry Anderson; her sister-in-law Linda Anderson; her stepchildren, Kathi Martin (Roger) of Mesa, Bridgette Balmes (Brendan), Maddy, Austin, Logan, Grant Balmes, Kelly Cherry, Dale Curtis (Janet) and Mindy Curtis (Dan Brandstatt); her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Houston (Sam) of Oakland, CA, J. D. Cherry (Chelsea), MacKenzie, Charlotte, Lily Cherry of Tucson, Erin Worthington (Blake), Ryan Hale (Serenity), Luke and Lorelie Hale; her husband Gary Curtis; her brother Clyde Anderson; and her sister-in-law Minnie Anderson. She is also survived by friends, neighbors.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McDougal's Caldwell Funeral Chapel (112 E Main St, Safford, AZ 85546). A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Safford Cemetery (400 Discovery Park Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Branding Iron (2344 N Branding Iron Ln, Safford, AZ 85546).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Carolyn's honor.
