“I was blessed to work with Aurora/Richard on a sales-lead floor. She was bright, cheerful and uplifting. When NMS named her TeamLead, she called us "TopFlights". She treated myself/team with dignity and respect. Spring 1991 was tense. Staff/Mgrs were under duress. Yet Aurora remained dedicated. In horrid office-politics, she was unfairly let go. Ralph, please know I still fondly remember the smiles/chats you both shared at NMS. So happy you retired to Aurora's hometown. Kevin Meuer 775-276-1922”
