He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Duque; and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Samuel and Timmy Mendoza; and his siblings, Lalo, Dodo Cañez and Naomi Garcia. He is also survived by 5 grandkids; and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
