He is survived by: his wife Aline Payne; his children, William Payne Jr, Kenneth Byron Payne, Valerie and Laura Lee Lawson; and his sisters, Joyce Jeffery and Karen Coffman. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
