He is survived by: his wife Victoria Velez Aviles; his children, Fernando Quinones (Cynthia), Maria Teresa Favela (Juan) and Norma Patrick Rico (Martin); and his siblings, Refugio Quinones, Francisco Quinones and Maria Elena Quinones. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
