He was predeceased by: his parents, Majorie Priscilla Schutt and John Elmer Smith. He is survived by: his brother Larry Smith (Terry) of Flagstaff; and his nephews, John Smith (Miranda) of Carson City and Ian Smith (Jen) of Flagstaff. He is also survived by two great nephews and three great nieces.
