He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Turner and Margaret Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Turner; his children, Cesaria Garza (Jerry), Annette Erkan (Michael), Aida Dahlkamp (Mark), Rodney Turner (Joe Ramos) and Charles Turner (Leslie); and his brother Michael Turner (Ruth). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
