He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jose Luis Torres and Lidia Amanda Mosher; his wife Bertha Reyes; his children, Lidia Henderson (Kevin), Sandra Selva, Victor Torres, Jr. (Rocio) and Vera Montanez (David); his grandchildren, Alejandra, Marilyn, Miguel, Michelle, Juan, Cynthia and Avidgor; his son Carlos Humberto; his granddaughter Azeneth; and his brother Luis Torres. He was also cherished by his ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
