He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Adams; his children, Lisa Adams and Michael Adams; his grandchildren, Cara Roth (Carl Roth), Caiden, Cammy, Courtlyn, Devin Forman, Alyssa Adams and Chasity Sosa; his nieces, Dianne Crittendon and Tammy Spencer; and his nephew Ray Adams.
