He was predeceased by: his father Richard Douglas McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Danja McMillan; his daughter Morgan McMillan; his son-in-law Chris Wesley; his stepson Douglas Smith; his mother Patty Bently; his sisters, Cindy McMillan and Candi Ashy; his brother-in-law John Ashy; his brother Scott McMillan; and his sister-in-law Grace McMillan.
