He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Allen and Gertha Mae Holder of Morrilton, AR; and his sister Verna. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Tony Neff, Jason Holder, April Freeman, Shauna Johnson and Amber Holder; and his sisters, Shirlene and Judy. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Lee's life.
