Lou Vargas wrote a sympathy message

“Larry was my partner at the MWRD for about 8 years. He was very high stung. Mostly because he loved his coffee. He loved his job and did it well. He would do anything for you. The type that would give you his shirt off his back. I will miss him. I had lost contact with him and wished I could have seen him after I retired. Rest In Peace Brother.”

Trisha Paresa wrote a sympathy message

“My brother Larry was a good, caring person and had a big heart ❤️ although he could be hard to read at times. We grew up in an orphanage and I remember that I baked him a cake every week if he didn’t get in trouble. 😂 Larry was sports mined and played basketball and did track and was good at it. I certainly will miss him so much. RIP brother of mine...❤️❤️❤️❤️”
