He is survived by: his wife Joan Stater (Owsley); his siblings, John, Rick Stater, Paula Boone and Grace Sparling; his children, Jeffrey A. Bryant, Micheal A. Stater and Tammy L. Bowser; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Sabrina, Alex, Samuel Bryant, Stephanie, Garrett Stater, Jacob and Makayla Ryan.
