He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Chilton Hellyer (Kenneth Hellyer); his wife Nancy (NJ); his children, James Elwood Harper, IV (Ashley) and Victoria Megronigle (Andrew); his grandsons, James Elwood and Nolan; and his siblings, Cynthia Bianco (Victor), Kim Harper, Forrest Harper (Joyce), Christopher Harper (Donna), Donald Harper (Michelle) and Rebecca Kelly (Todd). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
