He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Eubanks and Marie Eubanks (Yearian); and his sister Bonnie (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Eubanks (Simmons); his son Ralph (Tina); his grandsons, Adam and Trace; his son Tom (Sherri); his grandchildren, Amanda Zielinski (Doug) and Andrew; and also Casey (Allison).
