He is survived by: his wife Donna Fowler Bollier; his children, Jeffrey Bollier and Jill Ivancich (Mike); his grandchildren, Adam, Blake, Ellie and Zakara Ivancich; his sister Susan Richardson; and his brother-in-law Robert W. Fowler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
