She is survived by: her parents, David Russell Oakes and Vanita Pulsipher; her husband Allen Wayne Spencer; her children, Elise Williams (Glenn), Amanda Ahumada (David), Jessica Spencer (Paige), AJ Spencer (Sara) and Louis Spencer (Allyssa); her grandchildren, Cloey, Krystian, Brielle, Dominic, Maisy, Beau and Weston; and her siblings, Duane Oakes (Geniel), Jeffrey Oakes (Annie), Kimberly Hansen, Jr. (Mickey), Shannon Crosby (Jimmy) and Jason Oakes (Jodi).
