She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Michael Kowalczyk; and her daughter Wendy Anne Kowalczyk Bray. She is survived by: her children, Aimee Jane Smith (Troy Smith) of Queen Creek, AZ and Christopher Craig Kowalczyk; her grandchildren, Amber Lea Bray, Morgan Patricia Bray, Madison Miria Smith and Reagan Yardley Smith; and her sister Susan Strang of Edgewater, FL.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
