He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Porter and Bessie Porter; his brothers, Richard and Carl Porter; his wife Barbara Ann Pallett Porter; his sister Marge Porter Fosgate (Jim); and his sister-in-law Perly Porter.
He is survived by: his sons, Dan, Dennis, David, Duane and Don (Angela); his grandchildren, Michael Porter, Chris Porter, Josh Porter and Kassie Porter; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Kayleigh, Briley, Carson, Brynlee and Kasen Porter.
