He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Estella Ticer and Archie Louis Ticer. He is survived by: his wife Jan; and his children, David (Judy), Bill, Cheryl (Tim Miller) and Robert (Cindy). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Va Cemetery.
