She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Nathan Perlmutter; her parents, Sarah and Jewishparents of Poland; her former husband Nate; her children, Dean and Rabbi Nina Perlmutter (Tom Brodersen) of Chino Valley; her grandchildren, Shana Levine Ross (Jack), Heather Christopherson (Max), Derek Milke, Sadie, Josephine and Penny; and her caregivers, Kate Bump, AnnDelp, Susan Gibbs and Cindie Bernard.
